All drugs including prescription drugs are potentially harmful to the body and can cause side effects as evident in the following statistics:

1) 17% of all hospital admissions are caused by the side effects of drugs administered by an MD.

2) 8 million people are hospitalized annually for diseases brought on by prescription drugs.

3) Adverse drug reactions are responsible for 100,000 deaths yearly.

4) Prescription drug-related diseases and death cost the US $77 BILLION dollars a year.
