Because we have a busy successful practice, last minute cancellations and no shows prevent other patients from receiving care. Therefore, cancellation of a new patient appointment or a consultation must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment so that another patient has the opportunity to fill the appointment time.
If the cancellation is made without proper notice or if you fail to arrive to your scheduled appointment, credit card information will be needed to hold the re-scheduled appointment and will be charged the full price of the appointment if the cancellation policy is not honored.
To help you avoid unecessary charges, you will recieve a courtesy reminder email or phone call the day before your scheduled appointment.
