chiropractorThe first visit to a new place, especially if it is a doctor's office, can be intimidating. 

We strive to reduce that intimidation by providing friendly service in a warm welcoming environment.  Here's what you can expect when you come into our office: After being greeted you will sign in at the front desk and be given paperwork to be completed  about your current health status and health goals.  You will also read an informative brochure about our health philosophy and services.

During your time with the doctor all of your fears, questions, and concerns about chiropractic and any of our other services will be addressed before continuing with an in-depth consultation to find out your health history, concerns, and goals.  Depending on your goals (pain reduction, cleansing, weight loss, stress reduction etc.), the doctor will complete the neccessary exam to  include all or some of the following:  computerized thermal and muscle testing, a digital scan of the feet, a physical exam of the neck, back, and extremities, range of motion studies, blood pressure test, adrenal stress test, and pH testing of the saliva.

If chiropractic treatment is needed, the doctor may begin on the first visit or, if your case is complicated, the doctor may need additional time to more thoroughly review your test results before beginning treatment the following day.  In most cases, chiropractic treatment includes chiropractic adjusting and/or muscle therapy and includes instructions for at home care such as ice or heat, stretching or exercise.  If a cleansing or weight loss program is indicated, the doctor will review the program with you and allow you to purchase the products in our office or order them on-line.  If adrenal stress management is indicated, you will be instructed on diet and supplementation.

You can expect to spend one hour in the office for you first visit.  We look forward to seeing you!

 
Cost of Care

Insurance Patients – Life Align is a preferred provider for most insurances. Please bring your insurance information and a picture ID to our office so that we can call rockstories02and verify your coverage.

Medicare Patients - Dr. Cherniawski is a provider for Medicare.  Medicare does not cover the cost of the initial examination but does cover a portion of treatment.

Cash Patients – Exam prices start at $45 and treatment starts at $30.

Financing – Up to 18 months of free financing is available for those who qualify. Financing is provided by Care Credit. Learn more at www.carecredit.com.

Payment Plans - Interest free extended payment plans are available without credit checks through Healthcare Payment Solutions.  Learn more at www.HealthcarePaymentSolutions.com.

Consultations – Life Align provides a $20 consultation and screening to those who are interested to find out whether or not our services can help without the commitment of completing a full exam.

Cleansing and Weight Loss – Depending on an individual’s needs and health and weight loss goals, cleansing and weight loss program prices vary greatly. Please schedule a consultation with the doctor to determine what program is best for you.

Massage - Tanya Harbecke, massage therapist, sets massage appointments and offers a discount to active patients.  Call her to schedule an appointment and to get pricing details at 702-682-6190.

 
Cancellation Policy

Congratulations on your decision to learn more about your health and wellness in our office!

Because we have a busy successful practice, last minute cancellations and no shows prevent other patients from receiving care. Therefore, cancellation of a new patient appointment or a consultation must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment so that another patient has the opportunity to fill the appointment time.

If the cancellation is made without proper notice or if you fail to arrive to your scheduled appointment, credit card information will be needed to hold the re-scheduled appointment and will be charged the full price of the appointment if the cancellation policy is not honored.

To help you avoid unecessary charges, you will recieve a courtesy reminder email or phone call the day before your scheduled appointment.

Fill out the New Patient Paperwork before coming into the office for your first visit.  If it has been more than 3 months since your last visit or you are coming in for a consultation only, complete only the first page.

What to bring to your first visit:

We are located at 3046 S. Durango Dr. Suite 101, in Durango Business Park. Our office is just north of Desert Inn. From Sahara, go south on Durango, cross Starboard, and turn left into Durango Business Park. From Desert Inn, go north on Durango and turn right into Durango Business Park. The 3046 building is behind the 3050 building on the left side of the parking lot. Suite 101 is next to the Southern Nevada Insurance Administrators office.
