Dr. Cherniawski's Comments: No matter who runs healthcare, whether it be the United States government, private insurance, or the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare expenditures will continue to increase as long as people are sick. The only way to reduce healthcare expenditures is to improve health. There are four things that improve the health of U.S. individuals:
- Get healthy nutrition by eating large amounts of high quality, chemical free produce, lean protein, and water, taking a high potency multi-vitamin and omega-3, and cleansing the body of toxins.
- Get proper exercise everyday to include interval aerobic training and strengthening to improve posture.
- Get between 7-9 hours of sleep every night by making the time to sleep, developing a before bed routine, and waking up the same time every morning.
- Get regular chiropractic care to reduce aches and pain and improve function of the whole body.
Dr. Cherniawski's Recommendation: Schedule an appointment with our wellness office to start on your road to health.

Re: A Humorous Look at Healthcare Reform
Thanks for posting these. The guy in the blue shirt is a friend of mine. I agree with you and your 4 steps. Also, I have thrown out my microwave oven and plan on getting a water system for my home AND greenhouse.

Re: A Humorous Look at Healthcare Reform
Thank you Dr. Cherniawski for posting these videos on your website. We plan to make more videos like these. Health and wellness is a valid tool to use in risk management because it reduces the frequency and/or severity of utililization of healthcare. Maybe this would be a good story line for a humorous video.
